Clear Homepage Direction
The homepage introduces the service area, monthly plans and primary actions without forcing visitors to understand technical network details first.
Website Project Case Study
How I organised internet packages, coverage information and local support into a clear mobile-friendly website journey for a Pakhal Valley internet provider.
Project Context
Rumi & Jojo Communications provides internet plans for homes and businesses across Baffa, Shinkiari, Bajna and selected nearby Pakhal Valley locations. The website needed to help prospective customers understand the available packages, check whether their location could be served and contact the local team without unnecessary steps.
I planned and developed the WordPress website around those decisions. Instead of treating the homepage as a general company brochure, the published structure brings packages, coverage checks, contact options and support information into one connected journey.
Can a visitor quickly identify a suitable internet plan, understand that availability depends on the exact property, and reach the team with enough information to begin a coverage check?
Information Architecture
The website separates the most important questions into focused pages while keeping the main actions visible throughout the journey.
The homepage introduces the service area, monthly plans and primary actions without forcing visitors to understand technical network details first.
Four monthly packages present speed, price and suitable usage in a consistent format so households and organisations can compare realistic options.
The journey explains that final availability depends on the exact property and gives customers a direct route to share their area and landmark.
Phone, WhatsApp, contact forms and coverage actions give visitors practical ways to contact a nearby team using the method that suits them.
Frequently asked questions address installation, equipment, expected speed, connection requests and basic troubleshooting before contact.
Cards, buttons, package information and enquiry routes adapt for smaller screens where many local customers discover and contact the business.
Development Approach
The work focused on arranging verified service information into reusable page patterns and clear actions.
I separated package comparison, coverage checking, general enquiries and customer-support questions so each action had an appropriate destination.
Plan names, speeds, monthly prices, suitable uses and availability conditions were presented consistently instead of being scattered across unrelated sections.
Reusable cards, buttons, information panels and contact routes were developed for readable desktop and mobile presentation.
Homepage, packages, coverage and contact content were linked so a visitor could move from initial interest to a relevant enquiry without a dead end.
Descriptive headings, crawlable text, internal links, contact information, policy links and clear service-area language support understanding and trust.
The final website was reviewed across important pages and screen sizes, with live links to plans, coverage, contact and WhatsApp actions.
Published Outcome
The completed website gives Rumi & Jojo Communications a central place to present its services rather than relying only on disconnected messages. Customers can compare the four published packages, review the stated coverage process, read common answers and choose a relevant contact method.
The structure can also support future service updates, additional coverage information and useful support content without rebuilding the entire website.
What This Project Demonstrates
A professional service website should help visitors decide what is relevant, understand any important conditions and reach the business with a useful enquiry. Visual design supports that journey, but it cannot replace organised information.
This principle applies beyond internet providers. Schools, clinics, transport companies, property services and other local businesses benefit when service options, coverage, pricing context and customer actions are planned before page decoration begins.
